Our multiple monitoring locations ensure reliability, including multiple paths of communications, multiple ISP providers for Internet solutions, and flexibility with radio networks unique to the dealer. Our 25,000 square foot headquarters in Lake Forest, California, was designed and built from the ground up to meet the future central station monitoring needs of alarm companies worldwide. The facility features leading-edge monitoring center technologies, including hardware infrastructure, telecommunication technologies, and redundancies that go beyond the industry standard. We also operate a fully-staffed 8,000 square foot redundant monitoring center located in Irving, Texas.

Both facilities provide complete redundancy and reliability in monitoring and are UL listed, FM approved, and TMA 5 Diamond Certified. They are outfitted with two generators, assuring clients that there is instant emergency recovery and backup with no downtime in case of an emergency. Spikes in activity at one facility are easily accommodated by the other. In other words, we have your back with our backup capabilities.
