As we launch NMC Vision, I am excited to share our perspective on the future of the National Monitoring Center and the broader Netwatch Group. This eBook embodies our commitment to growth, innovation, and the success of our partners. 

Recent organizational changes reflect our dedication to operating with clarity, alignment, and agility. Bringing Netwatch and NMC together under a unified leadership structure enhances collaboration across our business. 

A key piece of this evolution is our renewed commitment to dealer and partner success. We have established the Partner Success Group at NMC, led by Paula Martinez, who you will hear from in this edition. This team is fully dedicated to supporting our dealer community, ensuring streamlined communication, faster resolution, and technical support that meets the needs of our partners. 

We are also reimagining the way we deliver video services. Now, with a closer relationship between NMC and Netwatch, we can simplify our offerings and pricing structures, making it easier for dealers to adopt the monitoring solutions that work best for them. Our goal is to provide a streamlined, scalable experience that helps dealers succeed. 

I am fortunate to work alongside extraordinary leadership whose expertise will drive immediate impact and growth opportunities. Our unified teams will leverage their combined experience to ensure our partners receive the highest level of service and support. 

Ultimately, these changes serve one purpose: to enhance the experience of our dealers and partners. By going back to our roots and focusing on what matters most, we aim to build stronger relationships and create lasting value.
